Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Returns:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days.

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

Vorrelle does not cover return or exchange shipping under any circumstances.

Return Conditions:

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Worn, washed, or used products, as well as items damaged by the customer, will not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return:

  • Email hi@vorrelles.com within the 30-day window to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Include your order number and pictures of the product in the email.
  • Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the return address of the nearest warehouse.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Any cancellation requested after this 24-hour window is subject to a $25 administration fee.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, a cancellation is not possible; the customer must wait to receive the item and initiate a standard return.

Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
